Inside Out teach young people and adults how to improve their emotional, mental and physical health using a combination of mindfulness and yoga.
Their belief is that how we think and feel inside directly affects how we express ourselves and relate to the world outside.
The name 'Inside Out' was chosen as a simple way of explaining the brand ethos to teachers, parents and students. A bespoke typeface was created to further emphasise the brand concept which is used on all communication touch-points from the website to stickers.
